Clinic appointments
A clinic appointment is a GP consultation at one of the two practices behind the visiting service, Omniya Clinic in Knightsbridge or Basuto Medical Centre in Fulham, rather than at your home or hotel. It suits a planned consultation, a follow-up, or anything the doctor would rather do in a consulting room, and the doctor will tell you if it is the better option, either during a visit or when you first make contact. Imaging, endoscopy or a specialist opinion can be arranged by referral where it is clinically indicated.

Fees
Clinic fees are separate from the visiting tariff on our fees page. Basuto Medical Centre publishes its consultation fee: £160 for an adult and £140 for a child, for 30 minutes. For Knightsbridge the team quotes the fee when the appointment is arranged.
Basuto clinic membership
Basuto Medical Centre runs a membership for care at its own Fulham clinic, starting at £30 a month on a 12-month minimum term. The plans and the current prices are on the practice’s membership page.
The practice’s terms exclude home visits and consultations outside the clinic or outside opening hours, so a membership there does not cover an Omniya Concierge home or hotel visit. Omniya Concierge is pay as you go and runs no membership of its own.
