About Omniya Concierge
Omniya Concierge is the visiting medical service of Omniya Clinic in Knightsbridge and Basuto Medical Centre in Fulham. Both are registered providers for it. A GMC-registered doctor will see you at your home or hotel anywhere in Zone 1, central London, and the same service covers video and telephone consultations, clinic appointments, prescribing, diagnostics and IV therapy.
After the consultation
When a consultation raises something that needs taking further, your doctor arranges it: the investigations, the specialist appointment, records from elsewhere where they are needed, and the tracking of results and of what those results show. The clinic team supports that work, and clinical decisions stay with the doctor responsible for your care.
Medication prescribed at a consultation is dispensed by Omniya’s own pharmacy and delivered to your hotel. Blood samples can be collected during a visit, and imaging or a specialist referral arranged where it is clinically indicated.
Clinical governance
Every doctor who visits is registered with the General Medical Council, and Dr Aman Chungh leads the service clinically. Prescribing follows the service’s formulary and controlled-drug policy. A result that comes back abnormal is reviewed by the doctor who requested the test, and safeguarding concerns are escalated through a designated lead. If you want to raise a concern about your care, Basuto Medical Centre handles complaints for the visiting service under our complaints procedure.

Appointments depend on availability, on whether the care you need is clinically suitable, and on where you are. Our visit and consultation fees are published, and medication, laboratory fees and infusions are quoted before you commit to them.
