Medical services
Omniya Concierge is the visiting medical service of Omniya Clinic in Knightsbridge and Basuto Medical Centre in Fulham. Our doctors see patients at home and in hotels across Zone 1, central London, and at either practice’s clinic.
01
→Doctor visits
If you are unwell where you are staying, a doctor comes to your home or hotel, examines you, treats what can be treated there and arranges what cannot. £450 on weekdays between 08:00 and 20:00, £550 evenings and weekends.
02
→Prescriptions
If you have run out of medication or left it at home, the doctor can prescribe after assessing you. Omniya’s own pharmacy dispenses the prescription and can deliver it to your hotel. Writing the prescription is part of the visit fee.
03
→Blood tests
Which tests to run is decided after an assessment, and samples are taken during the visit. The doctor who requested them talks you through the results.
04
→IV therapy
An infusion is given only after a medical assessment, and only where it is clinically appropriate. A clinician monitors it, so allow a longer appointment than a consultation on its own.
05
→Longevity consultations
A longevity consultation is 90 minutes with Dr Aman Chungh, who conducts it himself. He works through your history and your risk, selects investigations to match them, and provides a written plan. £950.
06
→Video and phone consultations
Advice, results or follow-up that does not need an examination can be given by telephone or video, where it is clinically suitable and your location allows. £200.
07
→Clinic appointments
If you would rather be seen at a clinic than at your home or hotel, both practices take clinic appointments: Omniya Clinic in Knightsbridge and Basuto Medical Centre in Fulham.
Medication and its delivery, laboratory fees and infusion charges are added to the appointment fee, and each is quoted before anything is arranged.
