Arrange an appointment
For medical care at your home or hotel across Zone 1, central London, call or WhatsApp Omniya Concierge.
Who can call
You can call for yourself, or a hotel desk, an assistant or a family member can call on your behalf with your consent. Every enquiry is reviewed by a clinician, and the appointment time and the fees are confirmed with you when the appointment is arranged.
What to have ready
- your current medicines, with the packaging or a photograph of it
- any allergies
- relevant medical history
- recent letters or test results, if you have them
If you would rather come to a clinic
The team arranges clinic appointments at either practice, Omniya Clinic in Knightsbridge or Basuto Medical Centre in Fulham; you can also book the Fulham clinic with the practice at basuto.com/book or on 020 7736 7557. Addresses, fees and the practice’s clinic membership are on our clinic appointments page.
If your condition gets worse
Omniya Concierge is not an emergency service. For signs of a possible heart attack or stroke, severe breathlessness, heavy bleeding or a collapse, call 999. As the NHS guidance on when to call 999 sets out, 999 is for life-threatening emergencies, and NHS 111 can check your symptoms if you are not sure which service you need.
If your symptoms change in a way that is not an emergency, call the team so that the doctor can reassess how urgent your appointment is.
