What the fee covers
A visit fee covers up to an hour with the doctor and includes the consultation, the examination and any private prescription written at that appointment. Both of the visit rates above are for that same hour; which one applies depends on when the doctor comes to you. If the appointment runs beyond that hour, the additional-time fee applies.
Charged separately
A number of things sit outside the visit fee: medication and its delivery, laboratory fees, infusion charges, imaging and specialist fees, and documents such as a fit note or a fitness-to-fly letter where it is clinically appropriate to provide them. You are quoted for each before it is arranged, and each appears as its own line on your invoice.
Basuto clinic membership
Omniya Concierge is pay as you go, with no subscription to join. Basuto Medical Centre, one of the two practices behind the service, does run a membership for its own Fulham clinic, from £30 a month on a 12-month minimum term; it covers clinic care there, not a visit from us. Our clinic appointments page gives both clinic routes and links the practice’s current plans.
